Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products and/or services may have limited quantities and are only subject to return based on the return policy. Florals are not subject to return for any reason in perpetuity.

Every effort to display the product as accurately as possible is taken when images are shared however, we cannot guarantee that the final product will look exactly like any image that represents it. We are working with a natural, live product which is not identical in nature.

We also reserve the right to change florals and/or arrangements based on florals that are in season and/or available/accessible. We guarantee that we will do our best to match the likeness of the original florals in any arrangement that was selected for purchase and will contact you should a significant change be necessary.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.  We are not responsible for the longevity of the florals/products once they leave our store/site.

6. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, revise, limit or cancel quantities purchased with/from us. In the event that this occurs, we will do our best to contact the customer account, with either via email or phone with the information that was supplied on file.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

All personal information submitted through the website/store is governed by our Privacy Policy which mandates that all information submitted and or provided to us will remain confidential at all times and will not be shared with any third parties. Personal information will not be kept on file once a service is complete.
